Cancellation/Deposit Policy

We value your time, and your appointments are reserved especially for you.  The following services require a non-refundable deposit to book an appointment.  The non-refundable deposit will be used as credit towards the service.

Eyelash Extensions - $30 deposit

Permanent Makeup - $100 deposit

We understand unexpected circumstances may arise and a schedule adjustment may be needed.  As such, we respectfully enforce the following policies:

For nail services - any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services fee.  If reschedule is needed, please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance before the beginning of your appointment.  ​

For permanent cosmetic (microblading) and eyelash extensions - any cancellation/reschedule made less than 72 hours in advance the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

​For teeth whitening - any cancellation/reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of $50.

​

​Late arrivals - if you are less than 10 minutes late for your service; we will, at our discretion, try our best to accommodate the services(s) booked but may not complete all the services.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, at our discretion, we may cancel your appointment and charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
